Property Photography
We offer simple flat rate pricing for our real estate images. For our 25 photo package we charge $135 plus tax, and for 40 photos we charge $165 plus tax, with floor plans included. No hidden fees, square footage or travel charges within our service area.
Aerial and Drone Photography
We charge just $65 for our 6 drone photo package. Our photographers are FAA Part 107 Certified so you can rest easily knowing you will not only get high quality drone photos, but also legal drone photos!
Virtual Tour Videos
Listing videos are a great way to bring a listing to life and is a great social media asset! Our 60 second videos, which include both standard and drone footage, are just $200. We also offer vertical video for Instagram & FB reels - these videos are $100.

The 'We' on the team is actually just me, Jayden! Currently, I'm a one-man show. I've spent 5 years shooting wedding videos. Pursuing real estate media has always been a dream. Capturing stunning photos and videos for clients, be it for real estate, weddings, or commercials, is what I do best. You'll adore the content I create for you! How long does a typical photoshoot take, and when will I receive the photos?
The duration of a photoshoot can vary depending on the size and complexity of the property. On average, a standard shoot can take anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. After the photoshoot, our editing team works diligently to enhance and retouch the images to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.
You can expect to receive the final edited photos within 24 hours after the photoshoot. We understand the importance of a quick turnaround in the real estate industry and strive to provide you with stunning images promptly.

Yes, we offer aerial and drone photography services to give your property listings a unique perspective. Aerial photography can be particularly beneficial for showcasing large estates, expansive landscapes, or waterfront properties.
